Head of HR

The Company is seeking a Head of HR to lead its people strategy during a period of growth and acquisition activity. The role includes aligning HR priorities with organizational objectives, leading organizational development and transformation, and managing HR work related to mergers, acquisitions, transfers, and team integration. The successful candidate will guide people processes, culture, succession planning, employee development, and retention, while providing strategic direction to the HR team. Responsibilities also include developing workforce metrics, advising senior leaders on complex people matters, overseeing HR projects and systems, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates should have proven experience leading HR at a senior level, including personally designing and implementing HR strategies. Strong experience in change management, pre- and post-acquisition activity, employee transfers, and leading HR teams and complex projects is required. The ideal candidate can influence senior stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and has experience in a fast-paced, service-led environment. A professional HR qualification, preferably at an advanced level, is desired.
