Market President

The Company is seeking a Market President to manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of a banking office. Responsibilities include leading and developing staff, managing lending, financial, compliance, and business operations, and building commercial and business relationships. The role identifies prospective customers, evaluates loan applications, negotiates credit terms, conducts business and collateral visits, and makes lending recommendations. The Market President also supports strategic and budget planning, oversees financial progress and risk, and fosters strong community engagement. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, experience in bank office management and business lending, and at least 15 years of banking and lending experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, leadership, organization, accuracy, and independent decision-making skills are required, along with sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and relevant financial analysis tools is expected.
