Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director with a strong spiritual foundation, strategic mindset, and relational skills to lead its campus ministry. The successful candidate will work closely with the Campus Pastor and Regional Hub Pastor to translate the organization's vision into action, develop leaders, and ensure that campus teams and operations are in line with the company's mission, values, and ministry strategy. This key leadership role requires a candidate who is adept at both people and organizational leadership, capable of shepherding staff, building cohesive teams, and fostering an environment where ministries can thrive. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be spiritually mature, possess a deep knowledge of Scripture, and have a heart for developing people. A minimum of 10 years' senior leadership experience in a church, nonprofit, or organizational setting is essential, with a proven track record in staff leadership, team building, and strategic execution. The role demands a leader with strong organizational, administrative, financial, and strategic-planning skills, as well as a relational, humble, and wise leadership style. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and must meet the company's qualifications for ministry leadership, demonstrating a strong alignment with its mission, values, and ministry philosophy.
