Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead its global finance function. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the executive leadership team, driving the financial strategy, and overseeing a wide range of financial activities including treasury, payments, international structuring, tax, reporting, and governance. This role demands a professional with a strong background in CFD brokerage, proprietary trading, or online trading platforms, and a proven track record in managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdictional finance operations. As the CFO, you will be responsible for leading the group's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. The role also involves providing financial oversight across trading operations, managing international entity structuring, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years' of finance experience, with a significant focus on senior leadership, and a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of international tax, financial reporting, audit, and governance is essential, as is the ability to build and lead multicultural, geographically dispersed finance teams. The CFO will play a critical role in strengthening finance processes, systems, and reporting to support the company's continued international growth.
