The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Systems Analyst for SaaS Operations. This client-facing role is pivotal in managing production systems for multiple clients, ensuring the optimal use of the system, and providing expert-level remote management and support. Responsibilities include user administration, parameter configuration, system availability, performance tuning, operational processing monitoring, software patches, version upgrades, and business continuity assistance. The successful candidate will also be involved in the smooth transition of new clients to production operation, work with vendors to deliver integrated services, and participate in the continuous improvement of services. The role may require out-of-hours support, weekend work, and occasional travel to customer sites. Applicants for this role at the company should have a background in financial services investment management, trading, or related systems, with a preference for experience in similar systems. A strong technical skill set is required, including experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Sybase database configuration and operations. Proficiency in servers, operating systems, networks, scripting, XML, and programming languages is preferred. The role demands excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years' relevant industry experience.
