Head of Platform

The Company is in search of a Head of Platform to spearhead its digital transformation and enterprise application architecture. This pivotal role is responsible for providing technical governance and oversight across various systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary Change & Transformation team, managing the implementation of business strategy and technical execution. Key responsibilities include team management, building internal capability, vendor and commercial delivery, service management, and driving innovation through the practical application of AI, automation, and system rationalization. Applicants for the Head of Platform position at the company should possess a strong hands-on background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with experience as a Lead Developer, Architect, or Technical Lead. Proficiency in the Power Platform and Azure services is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering complex IT roadmaps, and a deep understanding of commercial aspects such as vendor management and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will also have a strong foundation in ITIL best practices, enterprise integration, and AI governance awareness, and be adept at identifying and implementing best practices in these areas.
