Vice President, Fund Accounting Greater Dublin, Ireland Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President to join their Fund Accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAV calculations, acting as a point of escalation for the team, and critically analyzing fund movements. This role also involves being the primary contact for clients on operational queries, challenges, and new product launches, as well as monitoring KPIs and ensuring all deliverables are in line with the company's policies and procedures. The Vice President will be expected to drive team initiatives, manage performance, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders on various projects. Applicants for the Vice President position should have extensive experience in fund accounting within operations, with a preference for those who have worked with Enterprise Invest One. Knowledge of fund accounting requirements for UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs is advantageous. The role requires a candidate with a third-level degree, ideally in accounting or business, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving team improvements. Experience in people management, coaching, and development, as well as a background in a client-facing role, is essential. The ideal candidate will be skilled in interacting with external parties such as auditors and market data providers and will be adept at conveying critical updates to senior management.
