Vice President Scrum Master

The Company is seeking a Vice President Scrum Master to support technology teams in a complex financial services environment. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, helping teams deliver work across enterprise-scale platforms, and driving change across multiple regions. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineering teams and coach individuals and groups as they adopt collaborative Agile practices. They will also help teams navigate technical dependencies and operate effectively in highly governed environments. Candidates should have a degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline and at least eight years of experience as a Scrum Master in technology organizations. Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and experience coaching teams toward self-organizing ways of working are required. Applicants should have hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, technical debt, legacy systems, architecture dependencies, and production support. Experience working with enterprise-scale platforms and within regulated or highly governed settings is also important.
