Head of Projects, Construction Fit Out

The Company is seeking a Head of Projects to lead and grow its project function. Responsibilities include developing and managing a team of Project Managers and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably. The role oversees project budgets, margins, risk, commercial performance, and compliance, while building a pipeline of opportunities and leading bids and proposals. The Head of Projects will also maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors across a varied portfolio of construction, workplace, facilities, infrastructure, and sustainability projects. Candidates should have strong project management experience in facilities management, construction, or critical environments, along with experience leading and developing Project Managers. Strong commercial and financial capability, ideally including P&L responsibility, is required, as is a track record of winning new business and managing bids or tenders. Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills are essential. Relevant technical or project management qualifications are advantageous.
