Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to international clients on a wide range of contract and commercial law matters. This includes the full spectrum of activities from drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners, to supporting corporate law issues and providing legal guidance on operational business processes. The role also involves offering legal support for tenancy law matters, particularly those related to commercial real estate and location issues, and participating in projects to enhance legal processes and standards. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should have a law degree with a minimum of two satisfactory state exams, and a background in a commercial law firm or the legal department of an international company. A strong knowledge of commercial law, experience in corporate housekeeping, and ideally, commercial tenancy law, is required. The role demands a candidate with strong business acumen, a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, and fluency in both German and English. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of enjoying work in an international environment and be adept at handling complex legal issues with independence.
