Vice President of Transformation Office Greater Duesseldorf, Germany Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Transformation Office to shape and steer its group-wide transformation portfolio, translating strategic priorities into programmes with measurable business outcomes. The role will strengthen transformation governance through clear standards, decision-making processes, KPIs, and management routines, while partnering with executive leaders and international stakeholders to advance key initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, risks, and business impact; leading the transformation and process office; and driving process excellence, mining, standardization, and automation. The Vice President will identify end-to-end process improvements, implement sustainable solutions, and build and develop a high-performing team. Candidates should hold a degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification. More than 10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes or portfolios in an international environment is required, along with a record of delivering measurable strategic, operational, or organizational impact. Strong expertise in transformation governance, portfolio and performance management, and process improvement is essential; experience with process mining, standardization, automation, and technology-, data-, or AI-enabled initiatives is desirable. The role also calls for strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, excellent English proficiency, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
