Vice President of Transformation & Process Office Greater Duesseldorf, Germany Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Transformation & Process Office to shape and steer its group-wide transformation portfolio, translating strategic priorities into programmes and measurable business outcomes. The role will strengthen transformation governance through clear standards, decision-making processes, KPIs, and management routines, while partnering with executive leaders and international stakeholders to advance key initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, risks, and impact; leading the Transformation & Process Office; and driving process excellence, mining, standardisation, and automation. The Vice President will also identify end-to-end process improvements, implement sustainable solutions, and build and develop a high-performing team. Candidates should hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification. More than 10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes or portfolios in an international environment is required, along with a record of delivering measurable strategic, operational, or organisational impact. Strong expertise in transformation governance, portfolio and performance management, and process improvement is essential; experience with process mining, standardisation, automation, and technology-, data-, or AI-enabled transformation is desirable. The role also calls for strong leadership and stakeholder-influencing abilities, analytical and communication skills, sound decision-making, excellent English, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
