President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to guide its global network through its next phase and advance its mission in a complex international environment. Reporting to the board, the CEO will provide strategic, organizational, and external leadership, strengthen the organization’s resilience and influence, and build relationships with funders, partners, and leaders in the reproductive health and rights movement. The role includes evolving a decentralized network, building on existing technical expertise, and serving as a visible advocate for reproductive justice and access to safe, legal abortion care. Candidates should be accomplished senior leaders with significant experience leading in complex international environments. They should bring strong strategic and organizational judgment, an understanding of sexual and reproductive health and rights and the political and social dynamics surrounding abortion, and a compelling external presence. A proven record in fundraising and donor engagement is essential, along with the ability to navigate complexity, build trusted relationships, and inspire confidence across a diverse global network. Applicants should demonstrate a strong commitment to reproductive justice, bodily autonomy, and reproductive rights.
