The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Storage Technology to lead the engineering, product management, and operational availability of critical storage systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the enterprise-wide storage strategy, with a focus on hybrid cloud storage. This role demands a technical leader who can balance performance, cost, and compliance across on-premises and public cloud environments, and who will champion the evolution of block, file, and object storage capabilities to ensure seamless data mobility and high availability. Applicants must have a strong background in storage strategy, engineering, and operations, with expertise in a range of storage protocols and backup/recovery products. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in large-scale data migrations and a deep understanding of network storage performance. Experience with Infrastructure as Code in a storage context and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations in high-stakes infrastructure projects are essential. The VP, Head of Storage Technology will also be responsible for team management, business interface, and product leadership, and must ensure security and compliance across all hybrid environments. A minimum of 10-15 years' in IT, with 5-10 years' in server and storage infrastructure technologies, is required.
