The Company is seeking a Vice President of Markets, Transportation to grow its transportation business and strengthen its position with transportation agencies and clients. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, identifying and pursuing opportunities, leading proposal and contract efforts, and achieving revenue and profit goals. The role oversees and mentors project managers and client service leaders, builds strategic partnerships, and develops trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders. The Vice President also monitors market performance and risk, supports high-performing teams, and represents the organization across the industry. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of experience in the architecture and engineering consulting industry, a record of multi-million-dollar annual sales development or project management, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. A Professional Engineering license is required. The role calls for strong RFP analysis, proposal strategy, client interviewing, communication, and presentation skills, along with demonstrated success growing revenue, building client relationships, and developing teams.
