Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to strengthen and evolve manufacturing systems, standards, and accountability across multiple sites. The role leads safety, manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, logistics, and warehouse operations, while developing systems that help plants respond safely and profitably to changing customer needs. Responsibilities include improving underperforming operations, launching new facilities and redesigning existing ones, integrating acquired operations, and enhancing material flow and inventory accuracy. The VP will work closely with business and executive leaders, influence plant teams, and develop operational leaders. Candidates should bring significant manufacturing leadership experience, including plant leadership and operational excellence across multiple sites. A record of measurable, lasting results in turnarounds, launches, or integrations is required, along with experience in high-mix, customer-driven manufacturing. The role calls for practical expertise in continuous improvement, quality systems, and safety leadership, as well as the ability to connect process improvements with software requirements and adoption. Warehouse, material-flow, or logistics experience is an advantage; success also requires hands-on problem-solving, strong influencing skills, and a commitment to developing people.
