Vice President of Product Management, Industrial Solutions

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Management for its Industrial Solutions Motors business unit. This executive will be instrumental in creating and driving a growth-focused product strategy, with a strong emphasis on defining and executing multi-year product roadmaps that align with business goals and market opportunities. The role is pivotal in managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, and requires a champion of a customer-centric approach, leveraging market research and competitive intelligence to ensure the portfolio meets the evolving needs of target segments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for a significant P&L, driving product portfolio revenue growth, and leading a high-performing product management team. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial, product, or marketing roles within a complex B2B industrial manufacturing enterprise, with a focus on highly engineered products. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to influence in a global structure, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required, and experience in Agile product management and NPD stage gate systems is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial sectors such as food and beverage, materials handling, or industrial equipment, and must be able to travel as needed.
