Head of Finance, Renewables

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance for its North American operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, providing financial leadership and commercial insight to support the business's next stage of growth. This role is highly visible and combines traditional financial stewardship with strategic business partnering. Responsibilities include leading and developing a finance team, delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, strengthening financial controls, and acting as a trusted adviser to senior operational stakeholders. The Head of Finance will also be involved in a significant ERP and finance systems transformation initiative, managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory bodies, and driving process improvements to enhance business performance. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should possess a CPA or CMA qualification, with at least 10 years' of relevant finance and accounting experience. The role requires a candidate with a commercial mindset, strong financial planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities, and a proven track record in supporting ERP or finance systems implementations.
