Head of Finance, Renewables

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance for its North American operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the local leadership team, providing both financial leadership and commercial insight. This role is pivotal in the organization's focus on operational excellence, leadership development, and market expansion. The Head of Finance will be responsible for leading a team of 4 to 6 finance and accounting professionals, delivering accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, and strengthening financial controls and compliance processes. Additionally, the role involves acting as a trusted adviser to senior operational stakeholders, supporting a significant ERP and finance systems transformation initiative, and managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, and regulatory bodies. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should possess a CPA or CMA qualification, with at least 10 years' of relevant finance and accounting experience. The role requires a candidate with a commercial mindset, strong financial planning and performance management capabilities, and a proven track record in driving business partnering across finance and operations.
