Head of Controlling

The Company is seeking a Head of Controlling to oversee the financial management of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire controlling function, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. This role involves managing the organization's overall controlling, ensuring high data quality, and further developing reporting systems to serve as a strategic partner for management. The Head of Controlling will also be in charge of group-wide billing, analyzing key performance indicators, and leading a team across multiple locations. Process optimization and continuous improvement of systems are key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Head of Controlling position at the company should have a completed university degree and several years of experience in controlling, preferably in a management role. Expertise in corporate management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting is essential, as is proficiency in ERP and BI solutions, MS Excel, and think-cell. Knowledge of SAP, Corporate Planner, and experience in process and system optimization are advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel.
