Head of Accounts Receivable & General Ledger

The Company is in search of a Head of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger to lead a dedicated team within an international shared service center. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional leadership of a three-person team, ensuring the efficient and future-oriented management of accounts receivable and general ledger accounting. This role demands a focus on continuous process improvement, the adoption of modern technologies, and a commitment to digitalization and automation. The Head will also be the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax advisors, and will actively drive the digitalization and automation of accounting processes. Applicants for the Head of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger position at the company should have a completed commercial training or a degree in a relevant field, with several years' of experience in accounting, particularly in general ledger accounting and the preparation of financial statements according to German GAAP. A strong background in German VAT law, statutory reporting obligations, and experience with tax issues is essential.
