Vice President, Strategic Planning & Development Greater Fresno, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Planning and Development to lead the creation and execution of strategic plans and initiatives. The role partners with executives, physicians, and regional leaders to align local, regional, and system-wide priorities, integrating strategic, financial, and capital planning. Responsibilities include advancing key programs, leading business development for priority service lines, and developing partnerships with healthcare providers and other market stakeholders. The Vice President also works across clinical and business functions to support clinical integration and value-based care. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. At least five years of senior leadership experience in a hospital, health system, or ambulatory care setting is required, along with experience leading healthcare strategic planning and knowledge of rural healthcare and critical access hospital operations. The role calls for strong financial, project, program, and policy development skills, the ability to work effectively with physicians and diverse stakeholders, and excellent communication and analytical abilities. Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word-processing tools is also required.
