Vice President, Strategic Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and funding strategy. Responsibilities include owning budgets, forecasts, scenario planning, and financial materials for board members, investors, and lenders, as well as presenting and responding to their questions. The role will support equity and debt financing, analyze commercial performance and unit economics, and partner with business teams on pricing, hiring, investment, and resource allocation. The successful candidate will lead and develop the finance team, establish reliable reporting processes and metric definitions, and ensure deliverables are accurate and on time. Candidates should have experience in investment banking, FP&A, or venture capital, including building decision-making models and leading a team. They must have presented directly to boards, investors, or lenders and understand marketplace dynamics, complex cohort modeling, and unit economics. Comfort with data warehousing, modern business intelligence tools, and AI-enabled workflows is expected, along with a focus on improving data processes and reporting systems. Strong judgment, clear communication, composure under pressure, and a willingness to raise difficult issues early are essential.
