Chief of Staff, Clearing

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Head of Strategy for its Clearing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Clearing in the development and evolution of management information, monitoring division performance, and establishing metrics for performance tracking. This role involves close collaboration with the finance team, providing timely MI for the business, and making recommendations to improve the performance of underperforming departments or customers. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in the design, implementation, and tracking of the business's organic and inorganic strategy, including acquisitions, and will work with key stakeholders to drive commercial excellence and ensure the efficient delivery of key projects.
