Global Executive Director, People

The Company is seeking a Global Executive Director, People to lead its People function and help shape organizational strategy and performance. The role supports colleagues across multiple countries while also providing global leadership across a federation of member organizations, building agreement on shared priorities while respecting different contexts. Key responsibilities include developing leadership and succession, strengthening People teams, and guiding organizational change. The role also carries executive responsibility for safeguarding, health, safety, and security, while advancing equity and inclusion and fostering accountability, collaboration, and a supportive workplace culture. Candidates should bring substantial senior leadership experience in a complex international organization, with deep expertise in people management, organizational development, and change. They should demonstrate success improving performance through stronger leadership and collaboration, along with sound judgment in listening, challenging, and making decisions. Warmth, cultural understanding, and confidence in addressing difficult issues are essential. A clear commitment to the organization’s purpose and belief in what people can achieve together are also required.
