The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a community branch and advance its mission and strategic goals. Responsibilities include overseeing programs, services, facilities, membership growth, staff and volunteers, and branch performance. The Executive Director will develop and manage the annual budget, maintain financial controls, and support fundraising and philanthropic initiatives. The role also involves building community partnerships, coordinating advisory groups and committees, and ensuring high-quality, safe facilities and programs. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in human services, social services, business, or an equivalent field; four or more years of branch experience is preferred. They should be able to lead operations, develop staff and volunteers, manage budgets, and oversee marketing, public relations, and program development. Strong relationship-building, collaboration, communication, writing, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
