Vice President of Team Member Relations Greater Gainesville, FL Area

The Company is seeking a strategic Vice President of Team Member Relations to lead employee relations across the organization, including in unionized settings. The role is responsible for developing and implementing fair, consistent, and legally compliant strategies, policies, and practices aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will guide complex employee relations matters and foster trust across all levels of the organization. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a related field; a master’s degree or JD is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive HR or employee relations experience, including five or more years in senior leadership, is required, along with extensive experience in a unionized healthcare environment. Applicants should bring deep knowledge of labor and employment law, strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills, and high emotional intelligence. Excellent written and verbal communication and discretion in handling sensitive, confidential information are also essential.
