Vice President, Strategy, Fire & Safety Greater Gainesville, FL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to shape and execute strategy across its global Fire & Safety platform. The role will partner with senior leaders to set strategic direction, guide portfolio choices, and prioritize organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Responsibilities include assessing markets and competitive dynamics, strengthening go-to-market and innovation strategies, and aligning resources and execution across business units. The VP will establish governance, KPIs, and value tracking, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable growth, margin, and enterprise value. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Approximately eight or more years of experience in strategy, corporate development, general management, commercial strategy, or related leadership roles is required. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineered-product, safety, or other complex B2B environments is preferred, along with a record of developing and executing successful growth strategies. Strong portfolio, market, commercial, financial, and analytical skills are essential, as is experience building strategy capabilities and translating plans into accountable execution.
