Vice President of Finance & Business Performance Greater Green Bay, WI Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Business Performance to serve as a senior financial leader and strategic partner to business leadership. The role drives financial and operational performance across a complex, project-based organization by providing strategic insights, improving profitability, optimizing capital and cash flow, and supporting long-term growth. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI monitoring, project profitability analysis, and working capital management. The Vice President will also evaluate investments, acquisitions, and growth opportunities, strengthen financial controls and risk management, and develop a high-performing finance team. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, along with progressive finance leadership experience supporting operationally focused businesses. Experience partnering with senior operational executives in project-based industries is preferred. Applicants should demonstrate success in financial planning, performance management, capital allocation, financial modeling, and strategic decision support. Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills are essential; a CPA, CMA, MBA, or other advanced professional designation is preferred.
