The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a larger community, including associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role involves creating and executing business plans, developing the team, and driving sales results to ensure the community is a preferred choice in the market. The Executive Director will also be tasked with fostering an inclusive culture, maintaining high-quality resident experiences, and engaging with the local community to enhance the company's profile.
