Vice President of Digital Operations Greater Greensboro, NC Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Operations to lead the strategy, performance, and growth of its digital channels and fintech ecosystem. The role oversees digital banking, account opening, and conversational services, setting roadmaps and investments to improve adoption, engagement, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing fintech partnerships, evaluating emerging capabilities, and guiding responsible AI and automation initiatives. The leader will also oversee operational resilience, risk and compliance, budgets, vendor relationships, and a growing digital operations team, while aligning digital priorities with enterprise goals. Candidates should have 12 or more years of progressive experience in digital banking, digital channels, or digital product and operations, including at least five years in senior leadership. They should bring executive ownership of a customer-facing digital platform, deep fintech partnership expertise, and a record of delivering measurable business outcomes. Experience with AI or automation, third-party risk and regulatory requirements, team development, budgeting, and vendor management is important. Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, and platform architecture, along with executive communication and cross-functional influence, is required.
