Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technology strategy and drive the growth and transformation of the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the comprehensive technology strategy and management, ensuring that all technology capabilities, projects, and services align with and support the business's needs. This pivotal role involves identifying the organization's technological requirements, defining and monitoring projects and solutions, and providing guidance to various management teams on the adoption and evolution of technological tools and solutions. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, systems engineering, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree in a relevant area being desirable. A minimum of 10 years' experience in similar roles, particularly in leading technology areas or teams, is required. The role demands a professional with a strong background in information security, technological infrastructure, and platform availability, as well as experience in managing technology projects from inception to completion. The CTO will also be responsible for overseeing the IT department's budget, ensuring the quality of IT services, and leading the IT team in personnel management and development. Knowledge of solutions architecture, systems development, data center infrastructure, databases, Active Directory, and IT support is essential, as is experience with ERP environments and enterprise solutions.
