Head of Human Resources

The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to spearhead the transformation of human talent management within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the evolution of HR practices and processes, with a focus on generating a significant impact on the company's operations. This role demands a strategic perspective, the consolidation of current processes, and the incorporation of a comprehensive approach to human talent management. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in leadership positions within HR. Experience in managing both operational and strategic HR processes, as well as a background in change management and organizational restructuring, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of performance indicators, evaluation, organizational structure, and job descriptions. While not mandatory, experience in companies with field operations and a background in operational staff recruitment is desirable. The role also requires the availability for regular travel to various company locations.
