Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and tactical leadership across a significant operational area. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, setting performance metrics, managing budgets and resources, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and coach teams, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies. They will also collaborate across functions, lead technology and systems improvements, and manage complex operational projects and strategic initiatives. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least 11 years of relevant experience, including seven or more years leading teams. Candidates should bring deep operational knowledge, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and expertise in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. The role also requires a thorough understanding of relevant safety and regulatory requirements, proficiency with operational software and systems, and strong project management capabilities.
