Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead organizational renewal and long-term stabilization. The CEO will develop strategy with the board and translate it into action, strengthen financial performance, and oversee the property portfolio, investments, renovations, and financing. Responsibilities also include developing sales, marketing, and customer processes; leading and engaging staff; and improving management, reporting, and performance monitoring. The CEO will work closely with the board, residents, service providers, financiers, and other stakeholders to strengthen service quality and customer experience. Candidates should bring a record of leading complex change and improving financial results, along with strong business and financial expertise, including the ability to manage using key financial measures. Commercial and customer-focused skills, people leadership experience, and strong collaboration, negotiation, and communication abilities are required. Experience working with a board, or readiness to do so, is expected. A relevant master’s degree or equivalent professional expertise is required, as are excellent Finnish and working knowledge of Swedish and English.
