Regional Managing Director

The Company is in search of a Regional Managing Director for South East Asia and India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading one of the largest and most diverse regions, with a focus on driving educational, operational, commercial, and financial performance. This role demands a proven senior leader with significant executive experience in a complex, multi-site organization, strong commercial and operational leadership, and a track record of delivering growth and transformation. The Regional Managing Director will work closely with school Principals to ensure the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes, exceptional experiences for all stakeholders, and the achievement of ambitious targets. Key responsibilities include shaping growth and strategy by identifying and delivering new opportunities, supporting expansion projects, and playing an active role in capital investment and strategic discussions. The role also involves leading people and culture, with a focus on developing exceptional leadership capability, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a coaching leadership style, strong stakeholder management skills, and a genuine passion for education, with a commitment to putting students first and improving outcomes for all.
