Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer to lead and transform its factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving safe, reliable, and profitable production, and must be adept at translating business strategy and customer demand into effective production plans. This pivotal role involves leading all factory operations, from production and planning to supply chain and industrial engineering, and requires a strong focus on continuous improvement, quality, and cost performance. Applicants for the COO position at the company should hold a degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, textile technology, or a related field, and have a minimum of 10 years' manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing budgets, productivity, and quality, as well as experience in implementing ERP systems and driving data-driven process improvements. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and change management skills are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, labor compliance, and operational excellence. The COO will also be expected to have financial acumen and experience in evaluating investments, controlling costs, and improving working capital performance.
