Associate Vice President, FP&A Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, FP&A to lead regional financial planning and analysis activities. Responsibilities include coordinating the annual and five-year strategic plans, preparing monthly management reports, and leading performance discussions with country leaders. The role also oversees business intelligence projects, develops data visualization dashboards, supports capital requests, and prepares materials for internal and external reviews. The successful candidate will manage and mentor a small finance team, provide analysis of results and forecasts, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, processes, and reporting. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or analytics, along with at least 10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A. Insurance experience is preferred, and a CA, CPA, or actuarial designation is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills are required, as is proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools. Advanced VBA or SQL, database development and querying, and experience with financial planning systems are beneficial.
