Associate Vice President, Operations, Securities Services, Clearance/Settlement/Investigation, Private Banking Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Operations to support the daily delivery of securities services. Responsibilities include guiding team members, processing fund subscriptions, switches, and redemptions, checking transaction inputs and ledger records, and maintaining accurate system records. The role also covers reconciliations, fee and expense accruals, audit coordination, and responding to fund manager enquiries. The successful candidate will support regulatory and operational controls, report incidents, and contribute to system testing, enhancements, and project initiatives. Applicants should hold a university degree or higher in business or a related discipline and have sound experience in banking operations. Familiarity with market trends and developments in local and international fund markets is required. The role calls for strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, along with flexibility and effective communication in spoken and written English and Chinese. Good presentation skills and proficiency with office software are also expected.
