The Company is seeking a senior finance leader to shape corporate finance and capital strategy, support business growth, and advance long-term value creation. Responsibilities include developing financing strategies, leading debt raising and refinancing, optimizing capital structure, and evaluating funding options. The role also leads real estate transactions and investments, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and recommendations to senior decision-makers. Additional duties include supporting portfolio performance, managing relationships with financial stakeholders, contributing to board and investor communications, and providing leadership across the finance function. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with 18–20 years of relevant experience. A background in investment banking is welcome, while real estate experience is an advantage. The successful candidate will bring expertise in capital markets, investments, transactions, and funding strategies, along with the ability to interpret financial performance and provide practical business insights. Strong communication, sound judgment, and experience supporting financial planning and business decisions are also required.
