Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a senior executive, strategic advisor, and operational partner to the Regional CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, governance, and operational execution to support the business portfolio's growth and transformation ambitions. This role requires a trusted executive partner who can ensure leadership focus on critical priorities, accelerate decision-making, and foster collaboration across markets and functions. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in business performance management, executive governance, and leadership effectiveness, and will play a key role in shaping the organizational culture and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, transformation, insurance, or banking. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in leading complex cross-functional initiatives, strong business performance management skills, and experience working with C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking, operational execution, and financial acumen, and be adept at stakeholder management and influencing without formal authority. A background in regional or multinational business environments, particularly in insurance and financial services, is highly desirable.
