Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Global Cloud Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer and Global Cloud leader to set technology strategy and oversee infrastructure, operational resilience, end-user technology, and transformation across Asia, while owning the global cloud environment. The role leads regional technology planning, investment, governance, and delivery, aligning enterprise standards with local market and regulatory needs. Responsibilities include directing cloud strategy and engineering across multiple providers, modernizing infrastructure and networks, and enabling secure, resilient platforms for business and application modernization. The leader will also drive automation, operational readiness, disaster recovery, and major transformation programs, while building a distributed organization and strengthening leadership capability. Candidates should bring 15 or more years of progressive technology leadership, including responsibility for large-scale infrastructure and cloud organizations and experience leading multi-country services across Asia. Deep expertise in enterprise cloud, platform engineering, infrastructure, networks, operations, resilience, security-by-design, and technology risk is required, along with experience owning a major hyperscale cloud environment and leading multi-cloud strategy. The role calls for a record of building reusable cloud platforms, automating operations, and managing substantial investments, vendors, and financial performance. Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, and the ability to build accountable, diverse teams across complex global environments are essential.
