Head of Corporate Security

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Security to develop and implement security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks across a complex organization. The role oversees physical security, executive protection, incident response, investigations, risk assessments, and mitigation measures to safeguard people, facilities, and critical assets. The successful candidate will lead business continuity, emergency response, and crisis management planning, while managing security operations, vendors, budgets, and resources. They will also advise on major events and high-profile engagements, build strong external partnerships, and develop a high-performing team and organization-wide security culture. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in security management, risk management, business administration, law enforcement, or a related discipline, and have at least 15 years of relevant experience. Proven leadership managing security operations and teams in a large, complex organization is required, along with strong knowledge of security risk management, incident response, business continuity, and crisis management. The role calls for excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluency in English and Chinese. Experience in sectors such as financial services, critical infrastructure, aviation, utilities, or law enforcement is an advantage.
