Head of Research, Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Head of Research, Real Estate to lead market intelligence, business development, and investment analysis. Responsibilities include overseeing macro- and micro-market research, tracking competitors and regulatory trends, and producing forecasts to inform investment decisions. The role will identify acquisition, redevelopment, and partnership opportunities; build relationships with key market stakeholders; and lead proposals and investment pitches. It will also oversee deal underwriting, feasibility studies, and transaction structuring, while advising senior leadership and guiding a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 15 years of relevant experience; those with less experience may be considered for a senior manager role. Strong command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required. The position calls for expertise in real estate research, financial modeling, investment due diligence, and business development, along with the ability to translate complex analysis into strategic recommendations. Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills are also important.
