The Company is seeking a Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Business Management, Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business management and performance, leading the coordination of finance planning, forecasting, and management reporting activities. This role requires the ability to analyze financial, operational, and business information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and to translate complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making. The VP, COO will also be at the forefront of transformation, governance, and execution, driving finance transformation priorities, establishing governance and performance tracking, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve business outcomes. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or ACA being advantageous. A minimum of 8-12 years' experience in finance COO, business management, strategic planning, or related functions is required, with a preference for those with a background in banking, financial services, or a regulated industry. The role demands a strong commercial, strategic, and analytical mindset, as well as proven experience in leading complex initiatives and influencing stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be a structured problem solver, and have a continuous improvement mindset. Experience in digital transformation, automation, or GenAI-enabled initiatives is also advantageous.
