Vice President, Investment Banking, FIG

The Company is seeking a VP for Investment Banking in the FIG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in the origination of financial institution advisory mandates, including M&A, investment, and bancassurance transactions. This role involves leading the development of marketing materials, providing day-to-day leadership in transaction execution, and managing client relationships. The VP will also be involved in project management, supervising financial modeling and analysis, and ensuring the quality of work through mentoring and review processes. Applicants for the VP position should have a degree in any discipline, with 6-10 years' of relevant experience in investment banking, advisory, M&A, or corporate finance. A strong background in the FIG sector is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be independent, analytical, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Good deal transaction experience, client management skills, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently are also key requirements. Strong technical and communication skills are necessary, and the candidate should be adept at financial and accounting analysis.
