Vice President, Sourcing & Production, Kids Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sourcing and Production for kids’ apparel, responsible for leading end-to-end sourcing, product development, production, and shipment. The role sets sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, speed, capacity, risk, and business continuity, while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn business priorities into executable plans. Responsibilities include leading product development and commercialization, negotiating costs and prices, managing supplier performance and compliance, and ensuring products meet children’s safety, fit, comfort, and durability requirements. The Vice President will also lead regional and country teams, develop supplier networks, identify business opportunities, and advise senior stakeholders on execution, risks, and sourcing capabilities. Candidates should have at least 20 years of progressive experience in kids’ apparel sourcing, product development, and production, including five or more years in senior leadership within a complex organization. Deep expertise in kids’ apparel manufacturing, costing, quality, and product safety is required, along with experience developing global sourcing strategies, managing supplier portfolios and multi-country teams, and improving margins through negotiation and cost engineering. The role calls for strong talent development, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and change leadership skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; experience across multiple product categories, brands, and distribution channels is preferred.
