Associate Vice President, Business Manager to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Location Management Coverage Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Manager to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a focus on Location Management Coverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing process improvement and efficiency initiatives to enhance front office productivity and operational effectiveness. This role involves implementing and ensuring the readiness of policy, procedures, and system changes, as well as driving and coordinating the delivery of change initiatives with various business partners. The candidate will also be expected to track and resolve execution-level issues, act as a point of contact for the front office on process and platform changes, and maintain key operating documents. Applicants must be university graduates with 6-8 years of experience in the private banking industry, possess a good knowledge of the products and services offered in private banking, and have experience in change projects. The role requires a keen learner, a quick adapter to change, and a good team player with self-initiative and the ability to manage time-bound activities. Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese, with intermediate fluency in Mandarin, are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability in risk analysis, prior experience in leading projects, and proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows, with a focus on responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
