Associate Vice President, IB Operations & Controls, O&A Equity Distribution Middle Office Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for IB Operations and Controls in the O&A Equity Distribution Middle Office. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the new trading desk, with a focus on cash equity trading, including significant booking and client query management during Asia market hours. Key responsibilities for this role include daily trade capture, query handling, static setup, and monitoring of trade life cycles, as well as managing ECM IPO activities. The role demands a professional with a minimum of 6 years' experience in handling cash equities, a strong background in ECM and cash equity APAC markets, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
