Chief Distribution Officer Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a Chief Distribution Officer to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full P&L of all distribution channels, driving growth and operational goals, and ensuring a cohesive approach across business lines. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the international private medical insurance marketplace in Hong Kong, particularly in group and individual settings. The CDO will be tasked with developing and implementing the overall distribution strategy, managing external client and broker relationships, and leading a world-class distribution team. Key responsibilities include owning the Hong Kong distribution strategy, leading major distribution channels, and building new routes to market. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, and/or sales channel management, with a preference for those with a background in the employee benefits or health insurance industry.
